RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Sampradaaya Foods, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. Since we deal in perishable food items (sweets, pickles, snacks, and spice powders), our return and refund policy is as follows:
Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, spoiled, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your complaint, we will process either a full replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened and partially consumed
- Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Once the order is packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
