A: We sell authentic Telangana food products including traditional sweets (laddus, putharekulu, gavvalu), homemade pickles (mango, lemon, chicken, mutton, prawns), healthy snacks, spice powders (karams, podis), and chikki varieties. All our products are handcrafted using traditional recipes and 100% natural ingredients.
Q: Are your products made with pure ghee?
A: Yes! All our sweets and many snacks are made with pure ghee and traditional recipes passed down through generations. We do not use any artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours.
Q: How long do your products stay fresh?
A: Our pickles typically last 6-12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place. Sweets are best consumed within 15-30 days of delivery. Each product has a best-before date mentioned on the packaging.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 across India.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: We accept online payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Please check the checkout page for available payment options.
Q: Can I return or exchange products?
