At Sampradaaya Foods, we take great care in packing and shipping your favourite traditional Telangana sweets, snacks, pickles, and spice powders so they reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
Delivery Across India
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–4 business days
- South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala): 3–5 business days
- North, East & West India: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 will apply.
Packaging & Freshness
Since our products are freshly prepared traditional food items, we use food-grade, airtight, and tamper-proof packaging to ensure quality and freshness during transit. Sweets and perishable items are packed with extra care to maintain their taste and texture.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct at the time of placing your order. Sampradaaya Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at the earliest.
